 A Starry Night: The Artist's Journey, December 20, 2012

HSG presented “A Starry Night: The Artist’s Journey” last December 20, 2012 at the UP Cine Adarna to give tribute to the different cultures - its artists and icons - who contributed to the art that we perceive today.

The show served as an educational entertainment to an audience of all ages – a visual and musical experience that tells the story of creativity in world history. Great artists, including Renaissance painter Leonardo da Vinci, expressionist Vincent Van Gogh and other famous artists in Eastern and Western culture, are introduced through an interplay of delightful production numbers. It was capped with a message addressing parents and guardians to encourage the young student/artist in continuing the artistic journey via artistic, musical, literary and dance expressions.
