- To deliver quality health care through wellness programs like nutritional counseling, developmental and behavioral screening together with measures to prevent childhood and adolescent diseases by giving vaccinations thus improving their immune status
- To promote health and wellness of children and adolescents by rendering services through screening the day to day concerns regarding prevailing infectious diseases especially during epidemics
- To make aware concerns on allergy (food, drugs, environmental allergens) and toxins, thus promoting a safe environment
- To help prevent lifestyle diseases in adults through healthy living and exercises with correct diet and avoiding drug abuse, alcohol and cigarette smoking during adolescent age

Dr. Milagros R. Encarnacion
Dr. Milagros S. Rosario – Encarnacion focuses on ambulatory, wellness, child development and pediatrics services. She is one of the premiere leaders in the industry as part of the former Board of Directors of Capitol Medical Center and served as its Assistant Medical Director to Medical Education, Professional Development & Ethics. Dr. Encarnacion was also the President of the Child Foundation of the Philippines. She founded the Pediatric Health Care Foundation and previously headed the Quezon City Medical Society. Dr. Encarnacion has chaired the Pediatrics Department of both CMC and Quezon City General Hospital.
A Gintong Ina Awardee and recipient to numerous Outstanding Physician and Leadership Awards, Dr. Encarnacion aims to help the HSG and Quezon City community by helping out in the Developmental Needs of children. She envisions, together with Headway School, a premier Child Development Center serving as one-stop shop to families, most convenient to those already enrolled at HSG. The unit houses services for Developmental Assessment, Intervention, Support Services, General Pediatrics, Medical check ups and consultation, Dental Services, Laboratory Diagnostics and Preventive Pediatrics.
Having been trained in the Harvard Medical School, Yale School of Medicine, Ateneo de Manila and University of the Philippines, Dr. Encarnacion's heart as an educator was sustained by being Assistant Professor of the UP Philippine General Hospital and MCU College of Medicine.

With her expertise and training in the field of maternal and child health, applied nutrition and adolescent medicine, Dr. Cailao joins the roster of medical practitioners in the HSG Ambulatory Clinic. She obtained her masters degree in Public Health at the University of California, and the doctor of medicine in Far Eastern University. Dr. Cailao is the founder and Director of Wee Care Child Health and Development Center. Dr. Aileen finished her Doctor of Medicine at the University of Santo Tomas , after which she had her Internship and residency at the Capitol Medical Center.
Dr. Aileen is an awardee of various medical research projects, one of which is facilitated by the Quezon City Medical Society.
As the unit's pediatric associate, she welcomes HSG pupils with a warm smile, assuring them that the unit is a welcoming place under their care.

Dr. Ann Princess Grana-Nespral
Dr. Nespral is the unit's child and adult psychiatrist.
Her medical residency training was at the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center, serving as resident and chief of its psychiatry department. She received the junior administrator award for the year 2007-2008. Dr. Nespral had her sub-specialty training at the Philippine Children’s Medical Center's Child & Adolescent Psychiatry from 2008-2010.
Her affiliations/memberships include the Philippine Psychiatric Association and the Philippine Society of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
Dr. Nespral is the unit's child and adult psychiatrist.

Her licensure includes the Philippine Society for Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics, the Philippine Pediatric Society and the Philippine Physicians Licensure Examination.

Dr. Sembrano is the clinic's orthodontist. He is a member of the Quezon City Dental Society and the Philippine Dental Assocation. His expertise is also on Temporo Mandibular Joints Dysfunction (TMJD), having been trained in the Institute of Continued Education and Advance Studies.
